Upstairs, the primary suite is thoughtfully positioned for privacy and comfort. This spacious retreat features a king-size bed, a cozy fireplace, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. Perfect for unwinding after a full day on the mountain. A convenient half bathroom is located on the main level, adding extra ease for groups.

Guests will also enjoy access to a private one-car garage located at street level. The garage offers ample room for ski and snowboard storage, along with boot and glove warmers to ensure your gear is dry and ready for the next adventure.

The elevated setting offers peaceful seclusion, fresh mountain air, and unforgettable sunsets in every season.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

Condo Layout: This is a condominium within a shared building. Guests access the unit via a shared interior hallway before reaching the private front door.

Mountain Access: The condo is located high on Powder Mountain. Winter conditions may include snow and ice; all-wheel or four-wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter months.

Stairs: Entry to the condo requires flights of stairs.

Groceries & Dining: Powder Mountain is intentionally remote, with limited dining and no grocery stores on the mountain. We recommend stopping at Valley Market in Eden, located at the base of the mountain, before heading up.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire condo, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay. All living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms are included for your use.

You’ll also have access to the private one-car garage with ski storage and boot/glove warmers. Please note that one owner’s closet in the garage is locked and not accessible to guests. All other areas are fully available for your enjoyment.
