THE SPACE:

This brand-new luxury condo has been thoughtfully designed to highlight its most striking feature - the breathtaking views of Powder Mountain’s ski slopes. As you step through the front door, you’re immediately welcomed by expansive windows that frame the mountain, creating a dramatic and memorable first impression.

The main living space is open and inviting, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Whether you’re preparing meals, gathering around the dining table, or relaxing after a day on the slopes, the mountain views remain front and center. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and designed for both functionality and style, making it easy to enjoy cozy nights in or elevated après-ski dinners.

Down the hallway, the home offers a smart and comfortable sleeping layout. At the end of the hall is a well-appointed bunk room, ideal for children or additional guests, along with a full bathroom conveniently located nearby. To the left of the hallway, the primary suite serves as a private retreat, featuring a king-size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a full day on the mountain.

Additional sleeping space is available in the living area with a pull-out sofa, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to seven guests without feeling crowded.

Guests also have access to a private one-car garage located on the street level, offering ample space for ski and snowboard storage, as well as boot heaters to keep gear warm and ready for the next adventure.

Powder Mountain isn’t just a winter escape. In spring, summer, and fall, enjoy lift-served mountain biking, scenic hikes, quiet alpine roads, panoramic valley views, and star-filled nights. This peaceful, elevated setting offers a true retreat in every season.

**** IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

Mountain Access: The home is located high on Powder Mountain. Winter conditions can be snowy or icy: all-wheel or four-wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter months.

Stairs: Entry to the condo requires one flight of stairs.

Groceries & Dining: Powder Mountain is intentionally remote with limited dining and no grocery stores on the mountain. We recommend stopping at Valley Market in Eden, located at the base of the mountain, before heading up.

Guest access: 

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire condo, offering complete privacy throughout their stay. The home is fully yours to relax and unwind in, from the open-concept living spaces to all bedrooms and bathrooms.

You’ll also have access to the private one-car garage, which includes ample space for storing ski and snowboard equipment, along with a boot and glove heater to keep your gear warm and ready for the slopes.

Please note: there is one locked owner’s closet located in the garage, which is not accessible to guests. All other areas of the condo are included for your use.
